Shipping Policy
Shipping information for genuine OEM parts orders from Cross Country PowerSports.
Shipping Rates
USA standard shipping is $12.95 for orders up to $100.00 and free for orders over $100.00, excluding oversized and overweight items.
Free shipping over $100 excludes oversized and overweight items. If an order includes a part that requires additional freight, we will contact you after the order is placed.

Order Processing
Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. Orders placed after business hours on Saturday, or on Sunday or Monday, are normally reviewed on Tuesday. Once your order ships, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Delivery Times
Many genuine OEM parts are supplied through the manufacturer before we ship them from our dealership. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days after processing, depending on manufacturer availability and carrier transit time. Special order items may take up to 14 days to arrive to us before they can be packed and shipped to you.
Backordered Parts
Some parts may be on backorder from the manufacturer. If a part in your order is backordered, we will contact you with the most current timing available. You may contact us if you prefer not to wait for a delayed item.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected based on the size, weight, and destination of the package.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states. APO/FPO addresses are supported via USPS standard shipping only. International orders are supported using the rates listed above.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are $45.00 for orders up to $100.00, $75.00 for orders from $100.01 to $500.00, and $99.00 for orders over $500.00.
International Payment
International orders must be paid through PayPal or Google Checkout. Direct credit-card payment is not available for international orders.
Sales Tax
New Jersey orders are currently listed at a 6.625% sales tax rate. Orders shipped outside New Jersey are not currently listed for sales tax on the published tax table. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and current tax rules.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect packages when they arrive. If a package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery when possible and ask the carrier to return it to sender. If a damaged package was delivered while you were away, contact the carrier and notify us immediately so we can help document the issue. Missing, damaged, or incorrect-part claims must be reported within 30 business days. Lost or stolen package claims must be processed through the shipping carrier. Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at Cross Country PowerSports, 911 Middlesex Ave, Metuchen, NJ, 08840. Choose Local Pickup at checkout; no shipping charge is added to a local-pickup order. Wait for Cross Country PowerSports to confirm that the order is ready before traveling to the store. Bring the order number and a photo ID, and pick up during posted store hours.
