Published Return Terms

Authorized returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns that are not the direct result of our error. Contact us for an RMA number before returning any item.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel any standard parts or accessories order for a **full refund within 48 hours** of placing it. ## Late Cancellations (After 48 Hours) If you request a cancellation more than 48 hours after your order is placed, a **20% restocking fee** will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies even if your parts have not yet shipped from our facility, as it covers the administrative and sourcing costs incurred once your items are locked in and allocated from our suppliers. ## Shipped Orders Once your parts have physically left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled. It must be processed as a standard return upon arrival and will be subject to our [Return Policy](/return-policy). ## Exclusions Painted parts or VIN-specific electronics cannot be canceled after the 48-hour window and are considered final sale.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, New Jersey.
